We also invite proven deep tech entrepreneurs to apply for our ongoing call for residencies with one of our science projects. Entrepreneurs who have applied will be screened every time we have a science project looking for a business lead.
Earthbound Nurture for Students is our offering for climate and entrepreneurial-curious students.
We offer inspiring workshops and hands-on venture building for those ready with a startup idea. We are launching the initiative with a pilot in April 2025.

Earthbound Nurture for Scientists is our venture-building offering designed to help science-based startup projects move forward on their journey towards making a real-world impact – and become an investable climate startup.
The offering is tailor-made and designed to match a scientist’s busy schedule. The programme is typically completed over a 3-9 month period.
Eligibility: DTU-based science projects with climate impact potential TRL level: 2

Earthbound Grant for science-based cases with startup and impact potential. Up to 550.000 DKK for selected cases with the potential to help solve globally recognised climate challenges.
Eligibility: DTU-based science projects with climate impact potential TRL level: 3 (typically after completing the Earthbound Nurture Programme for Scientists)
The Earthbound Student Grant is for DTU students with startups that seek funding to hit their next key milestones, whether for prototyping, testing, legal fees, salaries, conference expenses, or marketing.

We invite proven entrepreneurs to co-drive a deep tech invention -with the scientist(s) behind it- for up to 9 months. This opportunity is compensated and you get access to: Soft funding and grants, a network of fellow residents, deep tech researchers and mentors; 1:1 support in your company building; access to talent; help tracking your impact, communications support etc. Most of all you get an opportunity to drive climate technology to market as a co-founder.
We are looking for the best of the best: Proven entrepreneurs that have been down this road before. You have a commercial network. You are technology adept, and have the ability to translate deep tech science into business. And you are climate and co-founder motivated. If we select you for case matching, we also look at cultural fit and industry knowledge.
We are currently only open to applicants from the EU.
