Want to get paid to build the future of climate innovation?

Become an Earthbound Venture Associate and spend 10 months working hands-on with early-stage climate tech ventures. This is your chance to turn your ideas into impact and become part of Denmark’s most ambitious climate startup community.

The Earthbound Venture Associate Programme is a part-time opportunity for motivated students who want to go beyond the classroom and explore the real world of climate entrepreneurship. As an Associate, you’ll gain startup experience, build your network, and contribute directly to ventures emerging from DTU’s deeptech ecosystem.

Whether you’re curious about founding your own startup or want to supercharge your learning with practical experience, this is your invitation to join.

Core Elements

Associates contribute directly to one or more early-stage Earthbound-supported cases.

Example activities include:

  • Market research and validation
  • Business model and go-to-market support
  • Process coordination and task follow-up
  • Stakeholder mapping and outreach

Associates become members of DTU Earthbound community, with access to:

  • Events, team lunches, and lectures
  • Potential mentorship from the Earthbound team
  • Learning opportunities around climate tech and venture building
  • Associates are employed part-time 
  • Contract duration: Sep 1, 2025 to Jun 30, 2026
  • Application deadline: May 9, 2025

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the OAO-S collective agreement and organisation agreement for office clerks and others (HK/Stat).

Working hours by agreement, approx. 15 hours per week and can be organised flexibly in relation to holidays, exams etc. The position should be filled as soon as possible and starting date is September 1st 2025. The employment term is for 10 months.

The place of work is DTU Skylab.
