DTU Earthbound has closed, but the vision lives on
For three years, DTU Earthbound has fostered a unique community where science met entrepreneurship and deep tech met climate action. It has supported 50+ climate startups, helped 20+ female founders break new ground, and seen its ventures raise over 50 million DKK.
Following a review of DTU’s innovation ecosystem, Earthbound ended as an independent initiative on September 30 2025.
Its mindset, methods, and climate focus have been carried into DTU Skylab’s programmes.
